    Event Description:

We are celebrating the 150th Anniversary of McDuffie County, so we have moved the festival to October 24th to kick-off the year.  The Thomson-McDuffie Chamber welcomes you to come out and visit all the local merchants for your shopping and dining.

This event is open to craft and food vendors, and booth locations are first come first serve.  Sign up today to reserve your spot before it's too late.  We're looking for historical societies to join us to share stories about the community throughout the years, and even an art show.

We have also partnered with Paceline, an annual charitable bike ride organization where 100% of all fundraising goes to critical research and survivorship at the Georgia Cancer Center.  The ride will begin in Augusta and finish at the Thomson-McDuffie Government Complex.

Plan on sticking around for a while as there will be live bands and local talent performing throughout the day. We'll have plenty of room on the grass for you to bring chairs to enjoy the entertainment and a grand finale of FIREWORKS!

This is a day of celebration for our county, and we are excited to share our history with the newer generations.
