Purpose

Our Chamber Ambassadors serve as the welcoming arm of the Thomson-McDuffie Chamber of Commerce. They are passionate community and business leaders who volunteer their time to support Chamber events, engage with new and existing members, and strengthen the connection between the Chamber and the local business community. Ambassadors play a vital role in enhancing the member experience and promoting the Chamber’s mission of driving economic growth and community vitality.

Basic Guidelines

• Ambassadors should attend and support ribbon cuttings, member visits, and Chamber signature events.
• Represent the Chamber with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm at all times.  Wear your Chamber Ambassador name badge when participating in official visits or events.
• Participate in quarterly Ambassador meetings and communications.
• Assist with welcoming new members, collecting feedback, and sharing Chamber news and opportunities.
