Don Powers is the President and CEO of Forward McDuffie, the umbrella organization for Economic Development in Thomson-McDuffie. He most recently served as City Administrator for the City of Thomson. Don is a native of Thomson, a graduate of Augusta University, and has work experience in both private industry and public administration.

Elizabeth Vance is the Executive Director of the Thomson-McDuffie County Convention & Visitors Bureau. She is a native of Columbus, Georgia and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Design from the Atlanta College of Art. She spent 17 years working in Marketing and Graphic Design in the Metro Atlanta area before moving to Thomson in 2006.

Belinda Campbell is the Office Administrator of Forward McDuffie. She's a native of North Carolina, but after moving to Thomson 40 years ago, considers Thomson her hometown. She retired after 22 years as a Human Resources and Legal Compliance Director in Healthcare, and joined the Chamber in April 2016.
